RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential tasks

Contract preparation and review

Payment and administrative accounts management

Client and agent follow-up

Updating information in FLEX, CRM and Google Sheets/Drive

Communication with international clients

Appointment and visit coordination

Organized and detail-oriented person

Responsible and consistent

Ability to work independently

Excellent spelling and grammar

Technical skills

Conversational English (required)

Google Sheets and Drive proficiency

Preference: living near Fluvial Vallarta

Desirable: real estate or CRM experience
